Data We Collect

• Authentication Data: When you create an account, we store your email address (magic link sign-in) or a unique identifier (for Google/Apple Sign-In). We use Supabase Auth to process this data securely. • Trip Data: Destinations, dates, travel preferences, and generated itineraries. This data is linked to your account to provide the service and manage your quotas. • Usage Data: Number of trips generated and interactions with partner links. This data is used exclusively for anti-abuse protection and is linked to your account. • Technical Data: IP address and browser user-agent, automatically collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and essential service delivery.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to: • Generate your personalized travel plans. • Manage your user account and enforce our anti-abuse policy (quota management). • Respond to your support requests. • Improve the Travia service (anonymized statistics only). We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

• Account Data: Stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your settings. • Standard Plan Itineraries: Automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after your trip's return date. If you did not enter exact dates, the 90-day period starts at the end of the month you selected for the trip. Only your last 3 active itineraries are retained. • VIP Plan Itineraries: Stored indefinitely. If your subscription ends, your data is locked and becomes inaccessible until you re-subscribe. • Account Deletion: All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: • Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data • Right to portability: download all your data at any time from your account, as a structured JSON file readable by any other service (or ask us, if you can no longer sign in) • Right to object: oppose certain processing To exercise your rights, contact us at: lelouche2934@gmail.com

Cookies

Travia uses only strictly necessary technical cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting (GDPR compliant). • Groq (GroqCloud): AI processing for travel plan generation and research agents. • Vercel Inc.: Website hosting (USA). • Open-Meteo: Weather data (no personal data transmitted). • Affiliate Partners (ZenHotels, Klook, Tiqets, Airalo, QEEQ, LocalRent, EconomyBookings, Auto Europe, Kiwitaxi, Radical Storage, AirHelp, Ferryhopper, SafetyWing, IATI Seguros): We provide direct links to their official websites. Your personal data is only transmitted to them if you click on a booking link and complete a reservation on their site.
